These diseases can be avoided by practicing yoga regularly and improving lifestyle. Mandukasana, Vakrasana, Naukasana, Uttanapadasana, Pawanmuktasana along with Nadi Shodhana, Kapalbhati Pranayam for diabetes in camp. For Thyroid, Matsyasana, Stobandha, Chalasana, Sarvangasana, Sarvasanchalana, Ujai, Barmari Pranayam and in obesity, micro exercises, jumps, Navakasana, Utanpadasana, Pashimuthanasana, Trikonasana, Pawanmuktasana, Chakki Chalan Kapalaam and other yoga are done . To increase immunity, a disease-fighting decoction and sprouted grains such as gram, mun and pulses are distributed daily. Employees of Ayushman Arogya Mandir Taksinwa, Digambar Nikode, Hori Lal Yadav, Budhram Patil, Lalita Sinha, Manisha Sahu, Sushil Sahu provide support.
