Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has moved the Delhi High Court against the arrest and remand passed by the lower court. In his petition, he has asked the High Court to hear it on Sunday.

ANI, New Delhi. Politics of Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has moved the Delhi High Court against the arrest and remand passed by the lower court. In his petition, he has asked the High Court to hear it on Sunday. CM Kejriwal’s legal team says his arrest and remand orders are illegal. He deserves to be released from custody immediately. He has demanded an immediate hearing from the Acting Chief Justice.

CM Arvind Kejriwal was arrested on Thursday

ED had arrested Chief Minister Kejriwal on Thursday after searching his house. He was produced before the Rouse Avenue court in Delhi on Friday. Where the court has remanded Arvind Kejriwal to the Enforcement Directorate till March 28. He will be produced before the court on March 28 at 2pm.
