According to the information, Amrapali (33), wife of Amrit Sina, a resident of Ward 33 in the Sadar Police Station area, was beaten at her in-law’s house by her brother-in-law, Sans and others. The injured woman’s maternal aunt Amrapali is in Mumbai and she comes from a Dalit family. Amrapali said she had a love marriage. Her husband worked as a producer in the serial Dev Rahasya in Mumbai. Meanwhile, they met and became friends and then in November 2019, both of them got married in a court in Mumbai.

Sadar police station president Subodh Kumar said a case has been registered on the basis of Fard Bayan. According to him, an investigation and actions are being taken on the matter.
