A two-day seminar on the basic topic of post-operative Critical Care Treatment was organized by the Ranchi Critical Care Society at RIMS New Trauma Center auditorium. Information about intensive care for the doctors present at the first day workshop.

In the workshop, RIMS Director Dr Rajkumar said that it is very difficult to manage a critical patient after surgery, immediate ICU care and intensive care facilities are required. In this context, a critical care specialist plays an important role. It is difficult to manage a surgical patient without critical care support. National level specialist doctors also participated as speakers in the workshop. Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh of Delhi’s Sir Gangaram Hospital, Dr. Rakesh Garg from Critical Care Department of AIIMS Delhi, Dr. Pradeep Rangappa from Manipal Hospital Bengaluru, Dr. Avinash Jain from Bombay Hospital Indore, Dr Rajeev Dubey from BSU Critical Care. Others participated and gave important information about the disease.
