MUMBAI: A terrible incident has taken place in Maharashtra. Shocking news has emerged that a cruel mother killed her son and daughter because of her love. She beat and killed her children because they were an obstacle to her marriage. This incident happened in Raigarh district, a 5 year old girl and a 3 year old boy were killed together. The police have arrested the accused who killed innocent souls. The accused woman told the police that she wanted to marry her boyfriend and kill him because the children were in the way.
The children were found unconscious
The local crime branch had carried out the investigation into the suspicious deaths of a 5-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy last month. According to details released by the Raigarh Police, the children were found unconscious in a village called Kihim on March 31. Later they were taken to the Alibaug Civil Hospital. The children were pronounced dead there.

Children are victims of illicit relations
The bodies of the two children have been sent to JJ Hospital in Mumbai for post-mortem. The police investigation revealed that Sheetal Paul, the mother of the accused, was behind the murder of the children. Sheetal Pol, a resident of Pusad in Yavatmal district, had an affair with an acquaintance before marriage. Police said that Sheetal Pol used to fight with her husband often over this issue.
The police have arrested the accused and registered a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

A mother killed two children in Bangalore
A shocking incident took place in Bengaluru where a mother killed her two children due to a family dispute near Jalahalli Police Station in Bengaluru late on Tuesday night. It is known that the ages of the deceased children are 9 (girl) and 7 (boy). After the murder, the woman herself called the police hotline and gave the information, police said.
The name of the mother who killed the children was Gangadevi. Jalahalli police have arrested Gangadevi on the charge of suffocating children with pillows.

Gangadevi, who celebrated the Ugadi festival with her two children on Tuesday, suffocated herself holding a pillow late at night. Later, around 1am, he called the police helpline and asked for police help. Bangalore North Division DCP Saidulu Adawat said that Gangadevi confessed to killing the children to the police who reached the spot.
Originally from Andhra Pradesh, Gangadevi’s family settled in Bangalore. She worked in the marketing department of a private company. Her husband was working as a civil laborer on contract basis in BBMP. In March, Gangadevi herself filed a complaint against her husband. Accordingly, the police registered a POCSO case and arrested him and transferred him to judicial custody.
It is learned that the accused committed this act under mental pressure. It was difficult for her to have a family. DCP Adawat said the Jalahalli police station has taken her into custody and is conducting further investigation.
