Sabudana Khichdi and Kheer
You can consume sabudana during fasting. You can eat sago by making khichdi or kheer.
Use of milk and fruit
Some people observe Navratri fast only on fruits. In such a situation you can consume fruits such as banana, apple, papaya. If you are fasting on fruits then do not consume salt.
