The Congress has released another list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The names of candidates for three Lok Sabha seats of Gujarat have been announced in the list. All three candidates in the 13th list released by AICC general secretary KC Venugopal are from Gujarat. In this, Ritwik Bhai of Kawana was nominated from Surendranagar, Hira Bhai Jutva of Jungadh and Jaspal Singh Padhyar of Vadodara. However, the Congress has announced a total of 235 candidates so far.
Voting will take place in seven stages starting on April 19
Elections to 543 Lok Sabha seats will be held in seven phases between April 19 and June 1. The counting of votes will take place on June 4.
