Mumbai: Actress Simple Kaul emphasized mental fitness, sharing how friendship and relaxation are important aspects of her routine.

Speaking about mental fitness, Simple, known for her work in Dilly Wally Thakur Girls and Sharrett, said: “Maintaining mental fitness is essential, as I’ve emphasized. It’s not just about physical fitness; mental health plays a significant role as well. Meditation is a practice I engage in regularly. Given my profession in the restaurant industry, I naturally run into friends often.”

As for how she stays in shape, Simple said she follows a specific diet plan that has proven to be transformative for her.

“I aim to finish my meals a few hours before bed and prioritize a light breakfast followed by a balanced lunch and dinner. While I am currently focused on losing weight, I generally moderate my diet, avoiding junk food and excessive indulgences. Regular exercise, including exercise In the gym, walking and swimming is an integral part of my fitness regime. I supplement my diet with vegetarian protein sources such as paneer, soy and quinoa, along with a vegan protein shake,” she said.

The ‘Jeannie Aur Juju’ actress added: “Yoga is another practice I believe in, and I plan to incorporate it more regularly into my routine. In addition, I prioritize self-care in the mornings, do pranayama and meditation to set a positive tone for the day.”
