According to the information, four children of Parsapani tribal hostel in Rajpur block were brought to Rajpur CHC for treatment of seasonal diseases. Staff nurses Rajni Tirki and Anchal Singh have been put on duty at the Community Health Center from 2pm to 8pm. The staff nurse prepared 4 slips for the treatment of the students and sent them to the doctor. After seeing the students, the doctor sent them back to the staff nurse after giving them four slips.
