Sumitra, Principal of Government Model High School, Rajakhedi, has filed a case against the accused clerk Kapil.
A clerk of a government school in Panipat, Haryana who embezzled government money. In 2 years, the clerk embezzled an amount of Rs 22 lakh 19 thousand 447. The principal also gave notice to the clerk in this regard. He was asked to explain the situation and deposit the amount. But he gave no answer. The headteacher has subsequently complained about this to the police. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused clerk under sections 409 and 420 of the IPC.
Kila police station has registered a case against the accused.
