Bhupendra, who lives in Jahazgarh village in Jhajjar district, said he travels from village to village to buy scrap on a bicycle. Like every day, he had gone to Rudiyawas village in Jhajjar district to buy scrap. At the same time, a young man came to him on a bike and said that he lived in Nimli village in Charkhi Dadri district. He has demolished the house, and a lot of iron has been found from it which has to be sold.
He followed her on the bike from Rudiyawas to Nimli to buy scrap. When they reached the forest area near Nimli, he pointed to Bani and said his house was in that direction. When she refused to go there, two other youths came on foot from Nimli’s side. Bhupendra claims that the above three forcibly took Rs 8,000 and his mobile phone from his pocket.
He threatened to kill me if I told anyone. He later went to a nearby chicken farm and called 112 and reported the incident, after which the ERV team arrived at the scene. He gave the registration number of the bike to the police and asked them to look for those people and take legal action against them and recover the cash and mobile phone.
