Transaction 4: In February 2007, Patna resident Hazari Rai sold his 9,527 square feet land to Delhi-based company AK Infosystem Private Limited for Rs 10.83 lakh. CBI found that all the rights and assets of AK Infosystem were given to Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter and wife in 2014. Rabri Devi acquired majority shares of the company in 2014 and later became the director of the company.

Transaction 5: Patna resident Lal Babu Rai transferred his 1,360 square feet land in the name of Rabri Devi for just Rs 13 lakh in May 2015. When CBI investigated, it was found that Lal Chand Kumar, son of Lal Babu Rai, got a job in North -Western Railway, Jaipur in 2006.

Transaction 6: In March 2008, Brij Nandan Rai sold his 3,375 square feet land to Gopalganj resident Hridayanand Chaudhary for Rs 4.21 lakh. Hridayanand Chaudhary got a job in the East-Central Railway in Hajipur in 2005. In 2014, Hridayanand Chaudhary transferred this land to Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter Hema through a gift deed.

When the CBI investigated, it found that Hridayanand Chaudhary and Lalu Prasad Yadav are not even distant relatives. Also, the value of the gifted land was Rs 62 lakh as per the circle rate at that time.

Transaction 7: Vishon Dev Rai gave his 3,375 square feet land to Siwan resident Lalan Chaudhary in March 2008. Lalan’s grandson Pintu Kumar got a job in Western Railway Mumbai in 2008. Later, Lalan Chaudhary gave this land to Hama Yadav in February 2014.
