Pakistan Sugar Mills Association leader Zaka Ashraf has said that since last year 7 lakh tonnes of sugar is lying in stock. Smuggling has stopped. By exporting surplus sugar, the government can earn $2 billion in foreign currency.

Speaking informally to the media in Lahore, Zaka Ashraf said that the price of sugar will not increase due to export.
