The ghee supplied to the Tirupati Tirumala temple is tested at the nationally renowned Calf Laboratory of NDDB. Soya bean, safflower, olive, wheat germ, corn, cotton seed, fish oil, beef, palm oil and lard are also used in this ghee. It was found that only 19% of the ghee supplied by the contractor to Tirupati Tirumala temple was ghee.
Why did the Jagan government follow an anti-Hindu movement?
Prior to 2019, pure ghee was purchased from KMF for slaughter preparation. But the Jagan government abandoned it. Instead, ghee was purchased from another company. Did the government led by Jagan Mohan Reddy carry out this act as if Hindus were fed beef? Or the question arises whether this step was taken to buy cheap ghee. Tirumala temple is one of the richest temples in the country. Should such a temple go for cheap ghee? A question arises.
Should temples be under governments?
