Achi news desk-Bhaskar News Baha Milan festival was celebrated by Soros Chirgal Santhal Samaj on Saturday at Kadwara village of Machhiyara Panchayat located in far western district of Tundi Tundi block. To celebrate the arrival of spring, the tribal community worshiped their Marangburu idol with Sakhua and Mahua flowers. This puja was done by Manjhi Baba of the village. It is also called nature worship. After worshiping the deity, the villagers play Holi with water. After this, the women, girls and men of the village celebrate with drums and music and please their idol with dance and music. On the occasion, young men and women from many nearby villages including Kadwara, Chhatni Pahari, Chakamanpur participated in dance and music.
