Assets of Ashraf’s Paid Mafia Relatives: Mafia Ashraf’s in-laws have grabbed the property of Waqt Board worth Rs 70 crore. From the city of Prayagraj to the countryside, the property of the Waqf Board has been captured. Strong evidence of this has been found in the police investigation. The usurped property has an electricity bill in the name of Ashraf’s brother-in-law and his father-in-law. Apart from this, properties worth crores were leased out to railway contractors and a rent of Rs 20 to 25 lakh was collected every year. The police are now going to investigate and file a case.
When the matter of grabbing the property of Waqt Board in Puramufti came to light, a case was registered against Ashraf’s wife, Zainab, two brothers-in-law and seven others. When the police investigated, it was found that Ashraf had taken over the property of Waqt Board and sold it to shopkeepers. Ashraf’s wife, Zainab, occupied the same land and built a luxurious house. Zaid Master, brother-in-law of Ashraf, forged his signature in the college register while escaping. When this was revealed, a case was registered against him. The police investigation gradually revealed that apart from Puramufti, many Ashrafs had occupied the Waqf Board properties from Prayagraj to Kaushambi.
Cases of encroachment on Waqt Board property have come to light in Bhirpur Medwara, Mirpur village, Sallahpur and Atala. The police had already revealed that only the property worth Rs 50 crores of Samay Board was seized in Puramufti. DCP Nagar Deepak Bhukar said that wherever land has been encroached, action will be taken by filing a case there. An investigation has revealed that crores of rupees were gained by taking possession of Waqf Board property by giving it a sale deed and leasing it. Ashraf Zaid’s brother-in-law Master and Saifi have been revealed in lead roles.
