Panipat ADC Dr Pankaj Kumar inspected village grain markets of Babarpur, Samalkha and Panipat on Saturday to take stock of Rabi crop procurement arrangements in the mandis. He checked the cleanliness, toilets, drinking water, gate passes and humidity of the produce in the mandis. He interacted with the farmers and brokers present at the grain market and took feedback regarding the crop procurement arrangements. He said farmers should bring their produce to sell in the markets only after drying it. Samalkha SDM Amit Kumar was present on this occasion.
