The Ontario Fire Marshal has been called to assist in the investigation of a house fire in Collingwood.
State police say the fire started at a home on Rhonda Road on Saturday night.
Everyone escaped before emergency crews arrived at around 8pm
Paramedics took one person to hospital who suffered smoke inhalation.
Investigators are working to determine where the fire started.
They are asking anyone with information to contact Collingwood OPP or Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous.
