During the ongoing maintenance work at the hot strip mill of Bokaro Steel Plant, heavy smoke started coming out due to a spark from welding causing a chemical fire. Due to this, 23 laborers became unconscious and were admitted to Bokaro General Hospital for treatment. According to the workers, the incident happened at 9.45 pm.
