A day of mourning for the Peshawar blast will be announced today.

Today, the national flag will remain at half-mast in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Azam Khan government is equally participating in the mourning of the martyrs’ families, he said that the state government will not leave the affected families alone.
The number of martyrs, including the imam of the mosque and the policemen, has risen to 59, and more than 159 people have been injured in the blast that took place during midday prayers in the police line mosque. Officials said the first row of worshipers who carried out the attack was the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, which claimed responsibility for the blast.
