Arrested from Lakshmi Chowk of Brahampura police station area in the district. After a thorough investigation at the police station, they told the police that the Chinese had entered the Bharata border through Kathmandu to Veerganj road. The Chinese national then came to Muzaffarpur. The Chinese man has been identified as Ji Liangying who is a resident of Sudoku, China. Ji Liangjing told the police that he arrived in India while traveling through Nepal.
