Pooja Bhatt Shares Thoughts On Youth Participation In Bigg Boss: ‘They Are Engineered Differently’ Achi-News

Pooja discussed her experience on the reality show Bigg Boss and offered an insight into the mindset of the youngster in the house.

Pooja Bhatt, who is known for her honest demeanor and insightful perspective, recently shared her thoughts on youth dynamics in the famous reality show Bigg Boss. Following her stint on the OTT version of the show, Pooja has now embarked on a new journey with the web series Big Girls Don’t Cry. During an interview, Pooja delved into her experience on Bigg Boss and highlighted how the show’s youth are “machined differently.”

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Pooja along with her team from the series Big Girls Don’t Cry, shared her perspective on the unique mindset of youth inside the Bigg Boss house. Reflecting on her experience on the show, Pooja said, “I got out of the most appealing show called Bigg Boss, after fourteen weeks. The youth there are engineered very differently to this lot.”

He further added, “I remember telling them that I just did a show with real young people because they were all sixteen, seventeen, eighteen. Twenty-six is ​​not youth. Twenty-eight is not youth, in our business; you over the hill at that age. It was a reality check, but nobody wanted that reality check.”

Actress Sadak reflects on the concept of sisterhood in contemporary society. In response to a colleague’s assertion that women can achieve extraordinary feats together, Pooja agrees, yet adds a nuanced perspective, noting that there is diversity among women, just as there is among men. “So, I think I know some of the biggest feminists in the form of men. And I know some of the most patriarchal women out there too,” she added.

Shifting the focus to her latest project, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Pooja praised the casting directors for their smart selection of actors. The show, which premiered on Prime Video on March 14, features a talented ensemble cast including Avantika Vandanapu, Aneet Padda, Dalai, Vidushi, Lhakyila, Afrah Sayed, and Akshita Sood. Alongside Pooja Bhatt, the series also stars Raima Sen, Zoya Hussain, and Mukul Chaddha in significant roles.

Directed by Kopal Naithani, Karan Kapadia, and Sudhanshu Saria, the TV series follows a group of young women as they grapple with the challenges of life in the Vandana Valley. In the series, Pooja plays the principal of the school, Vandana Valley.
