In Nuh, Haryana, the police left a Dalit woman, who had been sexually assaulted and arrived at the police station in an injured state, to fend for herself. Later, when the woman arrived at the government hospital in Nuh for treatment, the doctors refused to treat her without the police. There were injury marks on the woman’s mouth. The unknown person later called 112 and reported the incident. After this, the Dial 112 team took care of the woman.
The woman said she was under Roskamev police station in Nuh district.
