Before the assembly elections, many BRS MLAs and MPs left the party to join the Congress and the BJP, and the future top cadres of the party were confused. On the other hand, as Congress and BJP leaders repeatedly said that BRS will be vacant soon, top BRS leaders started pacifying the disgruntled leaders.
BRS has to face MLC by-election from Mahabubnagar local bodies to be held before Lok Sabha elections. With this, BRS focused on the MLC election. In this order, BRS established a political camp in Goa on Monday. BRS working president KTR, former minister Srinivas Goud, former MLA Marri Janardhan Reddy, RS Praveen, many MPTCs, ZPTs and others participated in this camp.
Kasireddy Narayana Reddy is known to have resigned as MLC after joining Congress and winning as MLA. This made the by-election inevitable. The vote will take place on the 28th of this month. The result was announced on April 2.
