MP Raghuramakrishna Raju reacted to the absence of his name from the Narasapuram seat in the list of six Lok Sabha candidates announced by the BJP on Sunday evening regarding Amaravati AP. He alleged that CM Jagan prevented him from getting a chance from the Narasapuram seat. He mentioned that some people had already said that Jagan Mohan Reddy was going to give a shock and that Raghuramakrishna Raju would not get ticket from BJP. Raghuramakrishna Raju said that even if he does not get a seat from the BJP, he will definitely be in the public arena in the general elections. He said that he will stay in politics and teach Jagan a proper lesson. CM Jagan, who has attacked corruption and anti-people programs since the beginning, said it was cruel to deprive him of an opportunity by the BJP and other parties.
He said he was not given the Narasapuram seat because of Jagan’s influence, Jagan is known to have close relations with some BJP leaders and is known to be able to stop the ticket from coming through a leader. Will he contest from Narasapuram? Any other location? He said only time will tell. He claimed that he fought for his life with the feeling that he had done injustice to the people by joining the worthless YSRCP. He said that even if he did not get a seat, he would not let what Jagan wanted to happen. Jagan said that cheap tricks will not work in the next election. Raghuramaraju said that politics is known to be cruel but now it is known through direct experience. He advised his fans not to panic about not getting the Narasapuram ticket. He expressed his belief that whether he contests the election or not, the NDA would win and Chandrababu would come to power.
He said Jagan has fought against corruption and illegality for the last four years and now he is taking three steps back. He promised that every person in the coming days will take a step forward with public power and people’s support, and if Jagan is not trampled to the bottom, his name will not be Raghurama. Raghurama said that Jagan won temporarily without getting a ticket and he accepts failure. Although he knew Jagan would conspire, he said he took any source lightly with credence. Raghuramakrishna Raju alleged that Jagan tried to oust him as MP and tried to kill him in jail. Jagan said he was illegally arrested and killed by obstructing an official of his religion, but all these efforts failed.
MP Narasapuram said that many people have called and sent messages expressing their concern about these developments. He said he doesn’t care and he doesn’t say he’s happy. As part of an alliance with TDP and Janasena parties, BJP announced candidates for 6 Lok Sabha seats in AP on Sunday. It is known that the administration has announced the name of BJP state secretary Bhupathiraju Srinivasa Varma from Narasapuram, where Raghuramakrishnan Raju is the current MP.
