Hyderabad: BRS chief KCR on Saturday announced the name of former minister and MLA Padma Rao Goud as the party’s candidate for the Secunderabad parliamentary seat. In this regard, BRSO said in a statement that this decision was taken after discussing and gathering the views of all legislators, public representatives and other key leaders. He said that Padma Rao Goud, who has been loyal to the party since the time of the movement as a senior leader of the party till today, has gained recognition as a general leader.
The meeting unanimously approved Padma Rao Goud as the right candidate, who is a dedicated local leader who has worked so much for the development of Secunderabad and is well liked by the people of the area. The announcement said that BRS chief KCR has decided to present Padma Rao Goud as Secunderabad MP candidate as per everyone’s consensus.
