Meanwhile, elder sister Shalu Kumari, 20, is undergoing treatment at the Medical College Hospital. After the accident, people caught the car driver Sunil Kumar Mandal, tied him to a pole and beat him severely. The driver lives in Jhiluva in Neoghar and works as Bada Babu in Gopikander Block Office. He is receiving treatment. After post-mortem, the body was handed over to the relatives. On the statement of Anil Rai’s father, the police have registered a case against the driver. The office clerk of Gopikandar block lives in a rented house near Dukhu Pokhar. Both sisters were seriously injured in the accident. With the help of people, both were brought to the Medical College Hospital for treatment, where Muskaan was declared brought dead. The driver was caught before he could escape. After the accident, the driver of the car Sunil Mandal tried to escape, but could not succeed because of the crowd. People first beat him and then tied him to a pole. After this people jumped on him. After severely beating him with kicks and punches, he injured his head and neck by hitting him with a stick. As soon as the information was received, city police station in-charge Amit Lakra and Mufassil police station in-charge Nitish Kumar reached the spot and freed the driver and admitted him to the hospital. The driver was under the influence of alcohol and ATM driver Anil Rai, father of the deceased girl, said that the two girls were at the tap as usual and that he was cleaning the vehicle.
