Advocate General Tushar Mehta, Chief Justice DY Chandrachud on Tuesday raised the issue of stool arrangement on the seating arrangement for junior lawyers standing behind the senior advocate in the middle of Tuesday’s hearing.

In response to the Chief Justice, Mehta said that he is also looking into it, and added that he asked the lawyers in the courtroom who are not related to the case to vacate the chairs for him.
