New Delhi: yoga guru Ramdev under more pressure in the Patanjali Ayurveda institute’s ‘misleading and false’ advertising case. Yogaguru Ramdev tendered an unconditional apology by submitting an affidavit to the Supreme Court on Tuesday. But not satisfied with the apology, said a bench of Justices Hima Kohli and Ahsanuddin Amanullah. Justice Hima Kohli said that this affidavit is just a piece of paper.

Ramdev’s aide, Patanjali managing director Acharya Balakrishna, also apologized on Tuesday. But the Supreme Court identified the apology as an attempt to gain publicity. In two separate affidavits filed in the Supreme Court, Ramdev and Balakrishna apologized for “violating the statement” recorded in the Supreme Court order on November 21 last year.

In an affidavit filed in the Supreme Court, Ramdev said, “I offer my unconditional apology on the matter of the ad. This happened after Patanjali’s lawyer’s statement was recorded in the November order. I have been told there is a ban on this.” “I deeply regret this mistake and I want to assure the court that it will not be repeated,” he added. Ramdev later wrote, “I apologize unreservedly for violating the recorded statement.”

In this case on Wednesday, the court made it clear that the court is not satisfied with this affidavit. Because, it has been publicized in the media before it was presented in court. The court observed that Ramdebra was more interested in publicity than an apology. The judges noted that the new affidavit was not presented to the court until 7:30pm on Tuesday. Instead it has reached the media. From this it is clear that they are interested in the campaign.
