In view of the heat in Indore, a demand has been made to allow lawyers to wear black coats to practice law. This demand has been made to the Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council for three months from April 15. Gopal Kacholia, former president of the Indore Bar Association, has demanded from the President and Secretary of the Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council, Jabalpur, that the years previous, this year also, due to the scorching heat, the advocates should be sent to the Madhya Pradesh district courts and their sub-courts during the summer season An advocate should be given permission not to wear a black coat.
It is worth noting that Madhya Pradesh has been witnessing very light rainfall during the summer season for several years.
