Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested on March 21 in the Delhi Liquor Policy case, is currently in charge of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). During this, the ED officials asked him about the phone used in the implementation of the liquor policy. On this Kejriwal said that he does not know where that phone is now.

In fact, during the investigation, ED had found that 36 accused had a total of 171 phones, which contain important evidence and data of the scam. These 171 phones also include Kejriwal’s 2-year-old phone, which Kejriwal is not handing over to the agency.

Of these 171 phones, the agency has received only 17 phones so far. The agency has gathered evidence so far based on data received from these 17 phones. Sources said that many phones were destroyed by the accused. That is why it is difficult to gather evidence.

On the other hand, a complaint has also been sent to the Governor against Kejriwal for passing orders from the jail. Electoral Department officials are investigating this as well. Kejriwal will remain in ED custody till March 28.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is running the government from jail. He published the first government order in the name of the Ministry of Water on Sunday (24 March). Water Minister Atishi directed to arrange tankers where there is water shortage in Delhi.

Advocate Vineet Jindal complained to Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena against Kejriwal running the government from inside the jail. It is written in it that Kejriwal has been arrested by ED. If a government official is on remand, he is not allowed to interact with the outside world without a court order.

In Kejriwal’s case, only his wife and legal adviser are allowed to meet him. The court has not given permission to Kejriwal to issue any kind of order. Then how did they pass the orders? At the moment the European Department’s investigation is ongoing regarding this.

According to media reports, ED sources said that officials did not give them any computer or any paper. Kejriwal had a meeting with his wife. It is possible that he gave the order paper to his wife, but nothing can be said for sure. We are looking into it.
