Both of the person’s legs were tied with a rope. A cloth was also tied on his hand.

A person’s body was found in the Parallel Delhi Canal passing through Panipat, Haryana. Seeing the dead body above the water, people immediately informed the police. As soon as the information was received, the police arrived at the scene. The body was taken out of the water.
