Accused in police custody.
The Motinagar police station in Sagar has arrested the absconding accused with a reward in an attempt to murder. The accused was absconding in a crime that was about 11 years old. During the escape, the accused had beaten the father and son a few months ago for not giving him money for a liquor party. According to the police, on November 10, the complainant had lodged a complaint at the Motinagar police station. It was said in the complaint that he had gone to the bank with his father to withdraw money. Coming back, we met Sharad Jadiya and Golu Jadiya. The two of them beat me and my dad and asked for money to have a drinking party. When he refused to give the money, he beat him with sticks. On the complaint, the police registered the case and started investigation. Taking action, accused Golu Jadiya was arrested. But Sharad’s father, 25-year-old Radheshyam Jadiya, who lives in Vivekananda Ward, escaped.
