New Delhi (A.09): The excitement of the Lok Sabha elections is steadily increasing. Congress is yet to reveal its card in Uttar Pradesh’s Amethi constituency. Meanwhile, the chances of Robert Vadra contesting the elections from Amethi are increasing as Robert Vadra has been continuously giving such hints.
On the question of contesting elections from Amethi, Robert Vadra said that he was receiving calls of support not only from Amethi but also from all parts of the country. Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s husband, businessman Robert Vadra, in an exclusive interaction with IANS answered many questions on various issues, including contesting the Amethi elections.
Responding to the question of contesting the elections from Amethi, Robert Vadra said that there is a political call not only from Amethi but from the entire country to enter into active politics. Since 1999, I have been campaigning among the people there and more and more things are being mentioned about Amethi and have even started putting up posters. Now posters are placed in other places because seeing your hard work everyone thinks you are from our side, from our area.

He decided that if I contest from Amethi in this election, the mistake made there will be repaid. It was wrong to make Smriti Irani MP. With that he will go ahead and win me with a huge majority. But, I will not fight to challenge anyone.
However, Smriti Irani misused my name in Parliament and made baseless allegations. She is a woman, I respect her but if someone makes such claims it is very important to prove it. The people of Amethi thought that if I enter politics I will be able to answer at their level, said Robert Vadra. My hard work continues, if people feel that I can bring a change in future and if Congress should come, I will definitely come into active politics if I get my family’s blessings.
At the same time, when asked about Rahul Gandhi contesting elections from Amethi or Rae Bareilly along with Wayanad, Robert Vadra said, “If I am capable or feel that I can bring change to the Congress party, people will want see it wherever they are. in.” Whichever constituency I represent, there will be change and definitely secular territory.
Whenever there is an issue of unemployment, women’s safety or any such issue in the country, I definitely go among the people and raise my voice. I reach out to people through my social media or meet people on my religious tours or charity tours that I do around the country.
