The police have arrested four criminals in connection with theft at three shops simultaneously at Kunaila Chowk from Dalsinghasarai police station in Samastipur. Along with 11 stolen mobile phones, a bicycle that was used during the theft was also found. The thief was identified as Satyam Kumar, son of Shubhu Jha of Kunla village, Aditya Raj, son of Sanjay Kumar Mishra of Wajidpur village of Dalsinghasarai police station.
