A gold crown and necklace was made for Hanuman ji at Patna’s Mahavir Temple. A total of 12 lakh rupees, 23 thousand were invested in its preparation. Tomorrow for Sanatan New Year, Hanuman ji will wear a gold studded crown and necklace made from Chennai. This information was given by Acharya Kishore Kunal, Secretary of the Mahabir Temple Trust Board.
He also told that at the beginning of the new year of Sanatan Vikram Samvat- 2081 i.e. in the Pratipada year, the two idols of Hanuman Ji will be adorned with a crown and gold studded chain in the Mahavir temple of Patna. Gold studded crowns and necklaces were created by the Chennai agency after purchasing pure gold from the Metals and Minerals Trading Corporation of India, an organization of the Government of India.
Let us tell you that it contains 160 grams of 24 carat gold of 999.9 purity. Gold price is 10.99 lakh rupees. 1.24 lakh rupees was spent on making the crown and necklace. The total price of the gold studded crown and necklace pair made of pure gold is Rs 12.23 lakh. Acharya Kishore Kunal said that Hanumanji will wear it on a very auspicious coincidence of New Year’s Pratipada and Tuesday 9th April. An image of Hanumanji wearing a gold-studded crown and necklace will also be released on Tuesday.
