Prioritizing postnatal health is essential to ensure a smooth transition to motherhood and lay the foundation for long-term well-being. Here are some expert tips to help new mums navigate this important period:

  1. Rest and RecoveryAdequate rest is critical for postpartum recovery. Sleep whenever the baby sleeps and receive help from family and friends with household chores. Avoid overexertion and listen to your body’s signals.
