After a long wait of 21 years, the doors of the temple of Lord Ram opened in the Naxal-hit Sukma village of Chhattisgarh. This temple is about 5 decades old. Marble statues of Lord Ram, Sita and Lakshman are installed here. This temple was closed by Naxalites.

A temple is located in Karlapanda village in Chintalnar region of the district.
