Riyadh (International Desk) The Shawwal moon was not sighted in Saudi Arabia, and because of that Eid will be celebrated on Wednesday.

Meetings were held in the observatories of different cities to see the Shawwal moon in Saudi Arabia.

Apart from this, the Saudi Supreme Court had also appealed to the citizens to see the moon, but there was no proof of seeing the moon anywhere in the kingdom.

Eid-ul-Fitr will be the first Shawwal on Wednesday, April 10, after the moon is no longer visible.
