A police officer is investigating.

There is a case of two persons cheating a woman from Bahram village who had come to withdraw money from an ATM in Phagwara sub-division of Kapurthala and change her card. After that the said Nauserbaz persons withdrew Rs 15,000 from some other ATM and cheated them. After receiving information about the incident, the city police have started investigating the matter.

The woman victim Anita, a resident of Bahram village of Phagwara, gave information.
