Central Bar is on the ground floors of a two-storey tenement with single and double-storey rear projections. Spanning 1,535 square feet, Shepherd said the property was fully fitted out internally and compromised a front bar, back bar, cellar, and customer toilets.
Shepherd’s partner Kevin Bell said: “Central Bar in Prestwick is located in a prominent town center location within an established town center circuit and, as such, we anticipate a lot of interest in this opportunity.”
