One person died after being hit by a train in Rasingnagar in neighboring Anupgarh district on Sunday. The deceased was a resident of village 12 NB. He reached Truck Union Pulia in Risingnagar in an e-rickshaw. He died after being hit by a train traveling between Srinagar and Suratgarh. Risingnagar police reached the spot and kept the body in the mortuary of the government hospital. It was handed over to the family members after autopsy. Postmortem Kaloram (48) of Bara village NW reached the truckers’ union from home in an e-rickshaw around 10:30 am on Sunday. The truck then sat by the Union Bridge. During this time a train traveling from Srinagar to Suratgarh arrived. Kaloram dies after being hit by it. ASH Vinod Kumar, who arrived at the scene, said that the youths used to work as hard labour. When he was hit by the train, his family member was working nearby. There wasn’t much damage to the body’s face, so he identified it. His family members were informed in the village of Bara N.V. After the post-mortem of the body, it was handed over to the family members.
