This population of more than 250 people has been living on the banks of the main road NH 31 of Ballia for almost 40 years. Let us tell you that about 40 years ago, everything including the houses of these families was lost in the flood of Ganga. With the help of the administration, the victims of the flood erosion settled in Tatapur near Laxmanpur. Where it is certain that they will become victims of some accident every day, but life here has also become a constraint for them.
Nirhu Ram, a resident of Omarpur Diara Kolharia, said that 40 years ago there was a terrible flood. where Ganga took everything. After that we live here. Being a major highway, many people have been killed due to collision between vehicles. Rameshwar Ram said that in 2017 such an accident happened here, in which I had only one son, he also became dear to God and my wife lost her life in the accident. I almost became an orphan. There is no one to ask in old age. We have very difficult nights and wonder who will be alive until morning.

Mangri Devi said that just a few days ago a truck collided with each other at night and entered the house, damaging the goods and the voiceless people.
