Four houses were burnt to ashes in a fire at Gola Shabsti village in Ward No. 8 of Barchondi Gram Panchayat of Kishanj. According to the information, the fire broke out while cooking on gas. Local residents said that the fire had spread to such an extent that it took a long time to put it out.

However, the fire was brought under control before the fire department arrived.
