The alleged unauthorized structure on Burrow Road in Sutton
Fingal District Council has admitted that a letter apparently issued by its legal department explaining the failure to take enforcement action against an alleged unauthorized building was a forgery.
The letter, which claims to be dangerous to the council’s law, was issued to residents of Burrow Road in Sutton, one of the more desirable addresses in the north Dublin coastal suburb.
