Kasimabad Kotwali police of Ghaziabad, UP have arrested Bahadurganj Nagar Panchayat President Reyaz Ansari. The police have also arrested Reyaz Ansari’s wife Nikhat Parveen. The police have also arrested two associates of Reyaz Ansari, Kamal Ahmed and Ehtesham. This action was taken against all of them under the Gangster Act. All of them are accused of occupying the land of many people. Reyaz Ansari is close to Mukhtar Ansari mafia. Reyaz Ansari and his wife Nikhat have also been accused in a fake appointment case and are currently out on bail.
Riyaz Ansari is one of the close associates of mafia Mukhtar Ansari and he has also been the former Nagar Panchayat president of Bahadurganj Nagar Panchayat of Samajwadi Party. Recently, his wife Nikhat Parveen was appointed as a teacher in the Madrasa by fraud. When this matter came to light, Riyaz Ansari was absconding along with his other associates. Recently, after getting bail from the High Court, he came back to Bahadurganj and during this period two more cases were also registered against him. In which cases of Gangster Act including land grabbing are registered. The police have arrested Riyaz Ansari and his wife and sent them to jail.
Parveen has also been the President of Nagar Panchayat.
Riyaz Ansari’s wife, Nikhat Parveen, was also the President of Bahadurganj Nagar Panchayat, and before that, she was an assistant teacher in a madrasa in Bahadurganj for many years. After this, regarding the same posting, Mohammad Faizan Khan was accused of getting the appointment by forging his certificate. After an ongoing investigation into this matter, it emerged that the job had been secured on the basis of an incorrect certificate. After that he was arrested and after his arrest Nagar Panchayat President who was an employee of 120B in this case. He kept escaping and during his escape, the administration also bulldozed Riyaz Ansari’s camp office.
