We know about religion but we cannot live in religion. We know the methods of meditation, but we cannot meditate. We have heard all the sutras of goodness but cannot extract the goodness. There are many areas of life where we fail. Then what should be the medium through which we can remain conscious? That medium is called culture.
From a numerical point of view, sixteen sanskars were given by the sages. Each sanskar is a deep living style. Sanskar is an activity where work is done by keeping thought, speech and action united. Wherever there is a difference between these three, you will miss the good thing.
According to the Indian calendar, the new year starts from 9 April. Now very few people start the calendar, this New Year. But on New Year’s day, the planets, the constellations and the environment will be favorable. On this occasion, please take a pledge that we will work united in thought, speech and action.
