On Saturday, the fury of the footpath vendors erupted against the market fees imposed by the Zilla Parishad in Sikandra, Jamui. Street and sidewalk vendors protested by closing their shops. Vendors Association President Ganga Bhagat along with Rajan Prasad and Arvind Kumar said we are running our shops by setting up huts on the footpath on the side of the road.
