Some workers also made ghee from petroleum and dalda. According to the police and the administration, a few days ago, a resident of Gondia, Rakesh Omprakash Bansal, took a house on rent and started a business. There were preparations to consume such a large amount of adulterated ghee during Navratri. It is said that two vans of adulterated ghee were also supplied from here. It costs a businessman about Rs.100 to produce one liter of ghee and he sells it at the rate of Rs.200 per liter. The Food and Drug Control Department took samples of oil and dalda along with ghee and sent them to the laboratory for testing. The team seizes all the goods and interrogates the businessman. Here, in Surajpur itself, around 11:00 pm on Thursday night, a fire suddenly broke out in the para room of Ramu Rajwada, who lives in Ward No. 18, near the Samlai Temple of the city. When people came out of their houses after seeing the flames, they got information about the fire in the para kept in the barn. At first they tried to control the fire, but when the fire spread completely, it was reported to the police control room, from where after receiving the information, the firefighting team arrived and controlled the fire, but it was very late at night. Because of this every break was burnt to ashes. However, due to the arrival of the fire brigade, the fire could not spread to other places. Ramu is said to have suffered a loss of about 11 thousand rupees due to the burning of the cow. The accused used to add ghee extract by mixing oil and dalda, the method of preparing fake ghee was also adopted by the accused in a very simple way. First of all, place oil in a vessel and heat it. After that add dalda to it. The mixture of oil and ghee is equal. When both are completely heated, add ghee extract to it and cool it. After that it solidifies like ghee and the aroma also starts coming.
