Karachi (Newsdesk) Two players of the Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team, Basma Maruf and Ghulam Fatima, were slightly injured in a car accident in Karachi. According to PCB, both players were given immediate first aid and precautionary tests were carried out, and Ghulam carried out Fatima minor injuries in the accident, first aid was given immediately and she is currently under the supervision of the PCB medical team.
The extent of their injuries and the timetable for their recovery have not yet been revealed. Basma Maruf and Ghulam Fatima are part of the provisional squad that is taking part in the training camp to prepare for the series which is to come against the West Indies. The five-game series is set to begin on April 18.
